Repurchase of a butchery by André Arnaud and development of the “Charcuterie” part (delicatessens) with traditional local recipes (from Limousin).

1969 :
Creation of a butchery and charcuterie by Monique and Jean-Pierre Arnaud (manufacturing and selling of preserved pâtés, foies gras, cooked meals…).

1980 :
Creation of a production unit of pâtés in glass jars.

1982 / 1984 :
Extension of the unit and investments in a new performant equipment.

1986 / 1987 :
Creation of a limited company with a capital of 38 112,25 €.
New extension and investments in new machines allowing to increase the production and to offer a quality product.

1988 :
E.E.C. standards.

1989 :
Extension of storage area and purchase of a new packer.

1990 :
Investment in computer equipment and production equipment.
Extension of storage area.

1991 :
Quality’s clubs.
New sterilization equipment STERIFLOW with numerical controls and control system ELLAB.
Detector of particles.
Automatic packer with 2 tracks.

1992 :
Extension and new fittings of storage area.
New offices and investments in production equipment.
New computer system appropriate for the company management and for the requirements of today’s distribution channels (GENCOD, ALLEGRO...).


1993 / 1994 :
New products.
New capital of the Ltd Company. : 832 371,63 €.

1995/1996 :
HACCP standard and setting up of a quality system for the obtention of the ISO 9002 standard.
New products and new packaging.

1997 :
ISO 9002 standard.
New products.
Investments in production machines.

1999 / 2000 :
Investments in new production equipment.
Investments and computer updating.
New capital of the Ltd Company : 840 840 €.

2001 :
Investments in new sterilization equipment and new packer.

2002 :
Setting up of a production line for the filling up and the putting of Twist Off caps.
Extension of storage area and automation of the manufacturing of products sets.
Reestablishment of the production area.

2003 :
Creation of 2 more cold rooms (negative and positive).
Setting up of a manufacturing line for 1/10 (78g) and 1/6 (130g) tins.
New products : 3 in 78g tins and 4 in 130g tins.
Investments in packaging equipment : machine to put products automatically into special covers and another machine to stick automatically the different cardboard packagings.
ISO 9001 VERSION 2000 standard.

2004 :
Plan for launching new products.
Obtention of BRC (British Retail Consortium).
Investments in material for water treatment.
New Tripack 3x78g Pork Liver Mousse with Cognac.

2005
Putting into service of a computer programme for traceability.
Renewal of the EFSIS standard.

2006
New product : Country Terrine “Label Rouge” 180g
Obtention of IFS (Internationel Food Standard).

2007
Modification of the company name : SAS instead of SA.
Launch of 2 references BIO and 2 references Low-fat.
Extension of storage area.

2008
Investment in new production equipment : ready-to-sell cartons, sorting machine
checking the jars weight.
New product : Country Terrine with Omega 3 in 180g.
Extension of offices.

2009
Recruitment of an export manager.
Creation of a new negative cold room.

2010
Launch of new products : the range of 90g-glass jars, Pork Rillettes Label Rouge 180g, Pork Rillettes Bio 180g.
Setting up of a production line for the manufacturing of 90g glass jars.
Certification ISO 22000 in process.
