As years go by, Arnaud has invested in higher performance and innovating machines to preserve an efficient production’s tool with the latest technological evolutions.
 The company has a line for glass jars preparation and three automated packaging lines which enable to fill up several sizes of glass jars. The high rate of these lines allows to sterilize products in a short time and reduce the deterioration’s risks.
Arnaud carries out the essential phase of sterilization with computerized autoclaves, hence ensuring a complete respect of the sterilization schedules.
Then, sterilized products are labelled and checked before being dispatched.
 Everyday after production, every machine as well as the whole factory are cleaned and disinfected to ensure a total food safety.
Fabrication process is entirely controlled by the quality system which guarantees the conformity of the products and their traceability from raw materials receipt to delivery to customers. Moreover, for more than ten years, Arnaud has worked with the highest standards of quality, traceability and food safety (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to give total satisfaction to its customers. |
